Your privacy is important to us and we are committed to protecting your personal information when you visit the ICA Store. The ICA store does not collect information about individuals unless the individual knowingly provides it.  We may, from time to time, contact you (by email or mail) with special news or information about the ICA Store and events at Institute of Contemporary Art/Boston. The ICA Store does not sell or share personal information or email addresses.

ICA offers visitors to the ICA Web Site the opportunity to subscribe to our e-newsletter. If you choose to subscribe, you will receive ICA E-Newsletters regarding, exhibits, programming, store events and other happenings at the ICA. You may subscribe or unsubscribe at any time by following the E-News instructions.

Online Purchases

To complete a transaction in the ICA online store, we need to know your name, billing and shipping addresses, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card information to process your order. Your credit card information will be used only as needed to process your transaction.

Children's Privacy

ICA does not solicit personal information from children. Visitors eighteen years of age and under should remember that they are required to obtain an adult's permission before submitting any personal information to this or any other Web site.
