Do I need to pay admission to shop in the store?
The store is open to the public without general admission during standard hours of operation.
I am an ICA member, do I get a discount on online purchases?
Members enjoy 10% off on most full-priced items in the ICA Store as well as online.
Please note that member discounts may not be combined with any other offer, do not apply to shipping charges, gift cards or gift memberships.
What is your online return policy?
You may return most items within 60 days for a prompt and courteous exchange or refund (excluding shipping charges) with the original itemized receipt. Items presented for return must be in original packaging and in new condition. All CDs, DVDs and software must be returned unopened and in the factory-sealed wrapping. Special order merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. Gift recipients will receive a merchandise credit voucher.
A 25% re-stocking fee may apply for returned “drop shipped” items as governed by the manufacturer.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable

What is a “drop shipped” item?
Items designated as “drop shipped” are shipped directly from the manufacturer. These items will be clearly labeled on the product page as “drop shipped”.
What forms of credit card payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
How will you ship my order?
We ship via U.P.S. standard ground service to the contiguous 48 U.S. States. Shipping and handling rates will be calculated separately for each address. Some items have additional shipping charges as noted on the product page. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Express Delivery
Express delivery is available for most in-stock items and will carry additional shipping charges. Please contact us during regular operating hours for details.
Oversized Items
Oversized items may require additional shipping and handling charges. If an item is designated as “oversized,” it will be clearly indicated on the product page. We will contact you to approve any additional charges prior to shipping.
I want to purchase furniture. How will the ICA Store ship this product?
We can ship furniture to the contiguous 48 U.S. States. If any additional shipping charges apply, we will contact you for approval as well as any special shipping instructions. Each product page will indicate if additional fees apply.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped to addresses with the state of massachusetts will be charged 5% sales tax. Sales tax is not charged on shipments to addresses outside of Massachusetts.Non-Massachusetts customers are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable sales tax in their home states.
